ضمائر الملكية باللغة الإنجليزية هي أدوات مهمة تساعدنا على تحديد ما هو مملوك لشخص معين. تعمل هذه الأدوات على تبسيط الطريقة التي نعبّر بها عن ملكية الأشياء، كما أنها تضيف وضوحاً لفهم الرسائل المختلفة. هناك عدة أنواع منها، لكل منها وظيفة خاصة. دعونا نتعرف عليهم مع الأمثلة!
ضمائر الملكية المفردة
* mine - لي، ملكي (وهو مشابه للاسم "أنا")
مثال: That book ismine because it's mine or That is mybook.
* yours - لك، ملكك (وهو مماثل للاسم "أنت")
مثال: This shirt isyours لأنها لكِ أو These shoes areyours إذن فهي حذاؤكِ.
* his - له، ملكه (ومعادل الاسم "هو")
مثال: The car ishis لأنه سيارته أو It’shardworking talent which is his.
* hers - لها، ملكها (واسمها الأنثوي المقابل هو she)
مثال: She owns a beautiful ring, so it's hers i.e., hersring or Her handbag was stolen yesterday but now we found it; it's still hers though.
* its - له، لها، ملكه، ملكها (يستعمل عادة للحيوانات والجمادات)
مثال: The dog has four legs, thus itslegs belong to him. Also, remember that this kite belongs exclusively to her family; therefore, there isn’t anyone else who can claim ownership over it – everything here including all parts of the kite like string,... etc...are just plain old 'its'.
ضمائر الملكية الجمعية
* ours - لنا، ملكنا (وهو يشابه اسم نحن)
مثال: Our house is big enough for everyone in our group, meaning that Our homeis spacious indeed! Or another example might be saying about some awards given during an event where they said “The prizes were awarded according to merit”, then one could say "And those medals? They wereawarded on behalf of us" which means We had won them based upon hard work done collectively as a team effort leading up until such time when recognition came knocking at doorsteps of deserving individuals within that community setting known fondly among themselves simply yet aptly termed--"Our own".
* yours - لكم،لكن،مالكم (وهوالذي يوافق أنتُم وأنتم)
مثال : Your tent looks quite cozy, making me think "Your place seems very comfortable!" Similarly," Those pens you lent us earlier today worked perfectly well." Here 'you' refers either singular form addressing individual listener directly ('that pen') while referring jointly few listeners together ("those pens"). Generally speaking,' your'could refer both ways depending contextually whether talking alone vs multiple persons sharing same object reference simultaneously.
* theirs-لهم ، لتَهْم ، مالَهْم ( وهذا يعاكسه هم )
مثلا :" Their dinner party last week attracted many guests", implying Guests attended PARTY ORGANIZED BY THEM OR THEIRS—CHOICE DEPENDING CONTEXT BEING SPOKEN ABOUT .Additionally ," Can I borrow keys from your room please?" Answer would likely end with statement similar -"Sure ! Take Keys meant entirely HIS OWN PROPERTY NOT ANY OTHER PERSON BUT HIMSELF '!
